A new challenge

Well, I’ve done well with my fitness goals and the scale is moving downward again. At work, a group of coworkers have decided to start a “Biggest Loser” club for motivation for weight loss. I joined because I think the support would be good. I can share what I’ve learned and also learn from others. [...]
