This article breathed life into my very soul,today I was taking a shower crying out to God feeling like a failure, and I got this idea to look for a Christian website to get a weightloss buddy and Bam!! This came up , how inspirational, thank you I never looked at low self esteem, that way,but I really need to fill my spirit up with the Holy Spirit and spend more devotion time with God, and thank you for your encouragement and article that just changed my hole out look on things. My change wont be easy but with Gods help I can lose weight, finish school gain more self esteem through Him and see my worht threw Him and not the eyes of the world, God Bless You Sister.
