		<description>I find this absolutely fascinating! I hadn&#039;t thought about food in this way before. I really appreciate what you said about not thinking about what to take away, but to start adding things. That&#039;s a key point, I think because it encourages us to try new things and have a victory. Over time, we can naturally replace the unhealthy stuff we had been eating with the great new healthy stuff we added. It then becomes a triple victory. We added a new food (victory 1), we replaced the old unhealthy food with the new one, making our bodies healthier (victory 2), and finally, we honor God with our decisions and actions (victory 3). Thank you so much for sharing this.</description>
